& Public Education Material

BMI's goal is to assist water system personnel in establishing a strong foundation for efficient and effective Cross Connection Control programs. To facilitate this, we have created "S.O.S. Toolbox". Using this Kit, a system's program can be in place and working within six months at a cost of less than one worker's monthly salary.

BMI provides the system with the following services:

Public Education
BMI will provide the system with originals of public education material and instructions as to when each piece should be used. If properly used, this module plays a big part in shifting the system's liability and in educating water users, staff, and council.

Guidance Manual
This manual provides a system with step-by-step guidance needed to run a successful cross connection control program. Each Guidance Manual contains assembly installation requirements, examples of correspondence, incident report forms, a thermal expansion letter and more.

Enforcement Document
Upon completion of a detailed questionnaire, BMI will provide an Enforcement Document written specifically for the system or amend the document currently in use to accurately reflect the State requirements and the needs of the system.

Software
Cross-Track 4.0 is a user-friendly software program which assists in managing all aspects of a cross connection control program. It tracks assembly information, tester information, test scheduling and more. It can also produce reports showing the status of a cross connection control program with the push of a button.
